I informed my old employer on 24th may that i'm resigning from the company and want to go to COBRA.They told me that I would get all paperwork within 15 days. Now as of 6/1/03 they cancelled my insurance and I have still not received any COBRA document. Now my wife need to go for pre natal check up for her pregnancy. So what should I do. It looks like company might be delaying purposfully to harass me or it is really getting dealyed. In the meantime can I go to doctor.
