Graduated student coverage?
I went on COBRA in May; my 21 year old daughter graduated from college later in May. I elected COBRA for the whole family -- we also have 2 other kids in college. We have not been asked for proof of anyone being in college since COBRA started -- do we have to volunteer this information? If my daughter is no longer eligible to be covered by my family policy, am I supposed to pay an additional COBRA premium for her to stay covered? So far, the insurance company has been paying the bills.
