In January 2003 my employer due to the increased premiums for Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance discontinued the Blue Cross Plan as he said he was going to go with another insurance. In February we were faced with no insurance and he decided not to have any medical plans. I was terminated in February. I did not receive the option from the employer to have Corbra benefits. Can I apply for Corbra under my last known insurance through the company which was Blue Cross Blue Shield?
