So you sent your COBRA payment in late? I hate to tell you this but it has to be postmarked by the USPS by midnight of the day it was due or you have lost your coverage. Please read the full text of the law and the section "Paying For COBRA Coverage" at http://www.cobrahealth.com/thelaw.htm
