You need a workers comp attorney right away, this is not really a COBRA issue if you were hurt on the job. They need to fix it and you can keep going to the doctor until you are cleared of this injury. I know it's easier said then done, but you have to play hardball with these people.

: i need help the workmans comp did not fix the fracfaued fibbla in my leg i have no docter and no dr will see me i keep going to the ER for pain meds .we had a hearing yestaday and they refused to fix my leg .the exray show its still fracuthed .and they wont do nothing obout it i need help i cant work .can any one help me .my email is rene61l@aol.com
