I am leaving my present employer and going full-time with another employer who offers health insurance; however, my present employer wants me to work as an "outside consultant" a few hours per month. Do I have the option of COBRA or must I take the medical insurance offered by my new employer (It is poorer coverage and more expensive than my present coverage).
