I was teaching this past year and was put on paid suspension due to an accusation of child endangerment. The school year is finished & I did not re-sign a contract. My case is yet to be resolved. Can I sign up for Cobra (since my case is not resolved) or is this already considered "Gross Misconduct"? (Today's date = 6-26-03)
