I'm a new small business owner. I've been told that I need W/C if I hire employees. If my Father and Brother are working for me for FREE until I can get my business up and going, do I still need workman's Comp? Should I make them paid employees? The business I'm going into is one that requires me to pass an inspection with Medicare inspectors. I'd appreciate ANY comments. Thank you.
