My husband's company was bought by another company and the new company already enrolled my husband in the new insurance program and the first payment was taken. However, the new insurance doesn't cover fertility treatments and I am still undergoing these treatments. I am still in the timeframe to sign up for the Cobra program offered by the Previous company, can I tell the new company to take us off the new insurance and enroll in the Cobra program because our old insurance included fertility problems as part of our coverage?
