My husband's company was bought by another company and the new company already enrolled my husband in the new insurance program and the first payment was taken on 7/4/2003. However, the new insurance doesn't cover fertility treatments and I am still undergoing these treatments. I am still in the timeframe to sign up for the Cobra program offered by the Previous company, can I tell the new company to take us off the new insurance and enroll in the Cobra program because our old insurance included fertility problems as part of our coverage?
