We represented a gentleman with a simialr probel, We sued for an injunction and he had no more problems. I would not suggest that anyone go without health insurance. Give my office a call and I will quote you the same fee I charged even though his case was 3 years ago.

: I posted a message about 3 weeks ago stressing that every month my prescription refills are denied and I have to call member services and have them reinstate my benefits so I can get my refills. Also, I have been denied every other service until I call and prove that I paid.
: Well, I took Craig's advice and called a Cobra Investigator in Washington, DC. He was worthless too. He said that the fact that I have to call to have my services updated is an internal payment problem and isn't regulated by the Cobra legislation. Also, he stated that my problem isn't "severe" enough for him to act because I have only had to wait 9-15 days to have my services reinstated from the time I paid my montly bill. He suggested that 6 months of waiting or "maybe" 30 days would be enough for him to act.
: I cannot even believe we are paying taxes to have an investigator tell me that we have to wait 30 days before we can get prescriptions.
: This is the most ridiculous situation I have ever had to deal with and NO ONE seems to want to fix the problem. At this point, I would rather go without insurance coverage than to have my money taken without any recourse.
