I have an employee whose daughter is currently covered under his insurance. The daughter is going to be dropped soon due to her age. At this time the daughter is pregnant and receiving health care under my employee's coverage, but by the time she has the baby I will have put her on COBRA. Will her baby be covered under COBRA? Is it just a matter of my increasing the COBRA premium to include the child due to a life change?
