my question is can my mother still get cobra if it's over 60days since my father passed away & her insurance hasn't sent her anything - also how can I get her into some state assisted programs - do you have info on this - I think she makes just a little too much for completely free insurance - but assisted would be ok - any info would be helpful - thanks
