Hi

My wife is pregnant and the company in which I am working might file bankruptcy. In that event I was told that COBRA might not be offered. Is that true. Is there any specific rule or law which concerns pregnancy that COBRA has to be offered even in such situations. If so, how to ensure that I get coverage without breaks.

Thanks a lot for the replies...
R
