I need to know what the Ga law is on Cobra Insurance is. If you have under 20 employee. It looks like the employer dosent have to offer cobra ins. if there is not over 20 employees. Is this correct or have I read the information on the website incorrectly? I just need to know what the law states for this. Thank you so very much for your help.
