I have been unemployed for the past 4 weeks, I have left 5 messages to my companies human resource department, regarding COBRA Insurance. They have not returned my calls or sent me any information. Is there a law that gives timelines on when I should receive my COBRA packet? I have a family, and doctors appointments this week. Please help.
