Dawn

The price of the coverage must be disclosed in the COBRA notice that was sent out to you.
You got no premium amount to pay?

Craig

: Also, our 45 days after the date we elected is rapidly coming. Is the employer required to send us a bill? I have contacted them twice in the past two weeks and I still have no bill. The lady gave me a "figure" last week and I told her to send it all to me in writing and I would send the check asap. I called back Friday and she said she would send that day and still nothing. I would love nothing more than to pay them but the fact still remains that they aren't sure how much I even need to pay. I don't feel comfortable sending a payment when I don't have it in writing what I am paying for. I will call again this Friday if I still haven't gotten anything, but are they legally required to send my a bill or is a verbal conversation sufficient? Thanks.
