If they ended your health plan, then there is no continuation. The company has no operations left in the US? If they do, contact the department of labor.

: My husband had to retire becaust the company he was with was closing & moved to Mexaco. He took early retirement and was covered under the Cobra plan but when he reached 65 they dropped him. I was told I would be covered as his wife for an additional 18 months. I have mailed my payments on time, even sent the last one Certified Mail. But when I went to pick up a prescription and a Doctors visit, I found out I did not have insurance. I was never notified until I called them , they said they would check on it and get back to me. They then sent me a letter saying we are canceled. They still have borh payments that should have covered me up until the end of September. I have been calling them and they just put me on hold for hours. I have contacted our HR represenitive and she e-mailed me that it should be strightened out. but is is not, I still have no coverage, I can not reach anyone by phone, our Human Resorces represenitive of United Healthcare to get an answer as to what is going on. It has been over seven weeks and hours & hours on the phone. I have tried everything I knoe, e-mail, Fax, praying... Nothing seems to work with these people. What can I do now?
: Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
