Hi Craig,

I finally received a letter this week stating how much my husbands premium is (it was never stated when we received the cobra form to fill out) so I am sending a check in for the retro by next week (that will be my 45 day deadline since his election).

My question is about the next payment due date. The employer is stating that his premium for Sep 1st coverage is due the middle of August which is basically now. She said they have to have their payment to the insurance company by the end of the month. I know I have a 30 day grace period so when would his payment be due? Thanks alot. Dawn
