If you actually enroll in the other coverage through your husbands employer, then your COBRA could be cancelled. But I do not believe that just having other coverage available would allow them to cancel it.
As to whether the insurer will continue to cover you if you move out of state, I am not sure on that one. It could be plan specific. You might want to call and ask the carrier.
