Hello,
My previous company informed me that I'm qualified for COBRA, but I haven't received any notice since I quit my previous job. I have been trying to contact the HR people at my previous work, but somehow they are not reachable. Could you please tell me where I should contact and whom I should speak to? I quit my work on June 15 so the time is really ticking. I don't even know if I'm still qualified.
