No you get coverage for 36 months if you got COBR as the result of the divorce. Only the owner or employee (your ex husband) may be able to add people to his policy.

: I am covered under COBRA thru my exhusband's employer. If I remarry, can I still have COBRA coverage and add my new husband and unborn child?
