Ron:

Not at all, but the burden of contacting the benefits adminstrator is on you if you quit.
Send them notice vertified mail, if you'd like to enroll in COBRA.

: I would like to know if a person terminates his employment by giving the typical two-week notice (no gross misconduct), does this automatically disqualify him/her from COBRA?
