Message: Can an employer choose to continue Cobra coverage after 18 months?
Is the law written so an employer must provide the Cobra coverage option for (at least) 18 months?
I work for my previous employer through a temp agency.
CAN THEY LEGALLY MAKE AN EXCEPTION?
