To Whom It May Concern:
I became eligible for COBRA when I lost my job in August. My health plan
terminated as of August 31, and my employer and COBRA have sent the
relevant application to my residence. However, I am currently out of the
country. Is it possible to apply for COBRA on-line so that I do not go
without medical insurance until I return to the US in two weeks?
