Each case is different. Did your employer have over 20 total employees last year? Were you a member of a church related organization? You also have to notify your health plan adminstrator, since you resigned.

: I recently quit my job, and the other job starts about a month from now. I found out that I am pregnant, but I have no insurance. I really want to know if I am eligable for COBRA. The website wasn't too clear...can anyone help me? Thanks!
