Dependents can elect COBRA individually. But you have to get them in during the enrollment period.

: I was wondering if I can elect COBRA for my wife and daughter, but not for myself. I am going to take a new job with employer who will be covering me but my wife is 6 months pregnant and she and my 4 yr old daughter need continuing coverage. Is that ok?
