Hello, I have read and feel I understand the full text of the COBRA act, but still have a couple questions.

1. What role does my previous employer have in regards to my coverage?

2. If my previous employer declares bankruptcy (does / if so how) this affect my coverage.

3. Where else can I research this information if it is not explixitly stated in the COBRA Act?

Thanks in advance for any information and my apologies if this question is asked 50 times a day and I somehow missed it in the archives.
