I think so because her premium is no longer being subsidized by the company. She is responsible for 100% and she is enrolling in COBRA seperatly.

: my 19 year old daughter is no longer eligble for benefits under my former spouses plan. If COBRA is elected can the employer charge for single coverage if my former spouse continues to pay active family premium (covering 4 additional dependents)?
