Message: If I quit my job on Aug 22,2003, but did not sign up for Cobra
but I had to go to the Dr or ER last week, can I still sign up for Cobra
and have that Dr bill paid for from Cobra? Also, the 60day time frame
to sign up, is that from the day I stopped working, or from the day I
recieved information on Cobra from my former employerer? Thanks
