Hey Craig,
My cobra was canceled in July. But my insurance company didn't inform me and didn't offer me the opportunity to extend the coverage. Is that legal? Also, my card was working until September, and I had some expensive procedures done during August that I thought were covered. I've been told that I should expect a big bill in the mail anytime now. Do I have any recourse? I'm paid up to date, and even paid for my insurance coverage through September.
