I jsut moved to another job as my previous employer went bankrupt.I had requested cobra for me and my wife who is in the last few weeks of her pregnency.Foe whatever reason i was put on cobra and she wasnt.we found that out during the ob.gyn office visit.I have tried to contact my insurance company for clarification but so far they have said that they cant help me.Can they refuse COBRA for my wife now as she is pregnent AND EXPECTING TO DELIVER IN 3 WEEKS?? what should i do??PLease reply ASAP.thanks
