Was the drug you were prescribed experimental or not on the coverage list? Are you complaining about the benefits or premiums and very little coverage? Or are they denying you covered claims?
Major medical insurance may be cheaper on your own if you have no or minor pre existing conditions.
: I have been paying $335 a month since I qualified for COBRA in June, backpaid through May. They now have over $1500 of my money, but I have no benefits. Is there a way to get my money back? Frankly, this doesn't seem worth it to save $20 on one $90 prescription. Isn't this fraudluent?
