I recently recived some large bills from my doctor and surgeon , stating I owed them money for a procedure I had done while under Cobra. Cobra has said my last payment was short 8 cents and considered me a non payer. I paid two months on one check and added wrong. What are my options, if Cobra is stating there is nothing they can do, I am a non payer? This was obviously an accident, not an intentional payment shortage.
