I have been denied by several health ins. companies because of coronary bypass surgery in 1999. I am in perfect health now, but still get denied because of pre-existing disease. I did have a state (Arizona) sponsered plan (Mercy Health Care Group) for the self-employed but they raised their rates for family to $1100 which I could not afford. I am looking for a policy with a $5000 deductible that will accept me despite the surgery 4 years ago. Please assist.
