Hi, I have had dental claims unpaid due to missing group information. I called the Cobra administrator who doesnt seem capable of fixing it with the insurer. I called my former employer who is working with a firm that is administering the issue. However, it is taking them too long and I contacted them after not hearing for a month.
Because i have been using this dentist and need care, for know I gave my dentist the charges for now so he wouldnt be screwed.
Any recommendations on who to contact? None of the three companies have assumed responsibility and this has been going on for several months.
I read that the employer is responbsible for this even though they have a company adminsitering the cobra, is this correct?
