I am retiring and my COBRA option with our current insurance provider has virtually no coverage in our retirement location. I have made an application to Humana and due to my wife's bout with cervical cancer 4 years ago, we have been declined.

I though HIPAA guaranteed we could be covered...or can the COBRA be used with some other insurance company that is in our future location.???
