I have been on cobra since april but now my former employers have changed providers and sent a new enrollment form,however the whole back page discusses pre-existing conditions and by their definition i would be not elligable by my current medical condition.
will i no longer be covered under a continuation plan ?
i have only 7 days to submit the new enrollment form for the new provider
