I have been on cobra since april and am currently paid thru november however my former employer is now changing insurance providers. The new health provider talks about preexisting conditions i have been recieving treatment since January and continue to recieve treatment will i be denied any treatment due to preexisting condition
Do i have continuous coverage with the new provider
i only have 7 days to complete forms and pay my premium as i only recieved the notice today
