I've been having trouble with CobraServ as well. My coverage runs November 1 to Oct 31. I was overcharged on my first two bills and paid them in full, figuring the situation would be resolved quickly. After 8+ times of contacting them directly, contacting the BBB and consumer protection agencies in my state and the state CobraServ bills from, I still have not received a refund or credit to my account. Is there anyone else I can contact? I tried looking up their corporate headquarters/phone number online but couldn't find it. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

: COBRA administrators usually charge a 2% admin fee which results in an increase in premiums. However, COBRAserve should have notified you and you can use your bank records as proff of payment. Since COBRAserve probaly forwards yoru payment to your former company it should really be an issue worked out between the two of them...you shouldn't ahve to worry about it. That said I would communicate to COBRAserve the documentation ofpayment made or get on the phones withbothe htem and your previouos employer
