I was told my by former employer, The Bachman Company, Reading, PA, that CobraServe was notified of my termination on October 17. My medical benefits ran out on October 31.

1. When can I expect my information? Is it enroute?
2. If something occurs to my family before I receive my Cobra information, or if something occurs before CobraServe receives my first payment, will I still be covered - can I file a claim?
