I signed up for Cobra continuation coverage on 10/23 and wanted to verify that I do have coverage. In the letter I received it said that I need to mail the first month bill by 45 days of signing up but where do I send it? Was it supposed to be included with the election agreement? Is there a number I can call to ask these questions?
