Sounds like you have a real mess on your hands. You need to have a free consultation with a labor attorney and possibly have a demand letter sent to the administrator.
Either way some company owes you the insurance coverage that you elected.

: Ceridien (CobraServ) took my premiums and sent them to the wrong insurance company. I had elected a certain group who sent me a card and paid my bills for months. Now they are undoing all that and sending me the bills.
: My premiums went to a totally different company who won't cover the people I saw. CobraServ will never call me back to discuss this. What can I do? This is thousands of dollars over many months that were paid, and are now unpaid and being sent to me. Please help.
