Yes, the benefits and hospital agreement should remain the same, since it is continuation coverage.

: Our insurance will terminate on Jan 1 and we will be receiving COBRA. I am 7 weeks pregnant and have begun my prenatal care. I have been told that the benefits remain the same, but are we still able to go to the same doctors/hospital?
