In this case, since the employer uses CobraServ at the TPA, they have 44 total days to notify you of your COBRA rights. Employer has 30 days to notify the TPA who then has 14 days to notify you.

: It has been 15 days since my medical coverage ended.
: I never received any Cobra information from my employer (my employer uses a third party organization for Cobra management-CobraServe out of Florida. I never received anybody to contact, I do not know if my paperwork is enroute/lost/never sent, etc etc.
: What options do I have? Do I have to sue my employer to get Cobra? Can I file a complaint, if so with whom? Help!
