If one is employed with 'coverage based on hours worked per week', less than forty hours usually, is there a cobra plan offered?
How long is the time one must BE on a job, to receive cobra benefits where full coverage was in place? Is there no time limit minimum to be on a job for continuing coverage w/cobra?
