I have recently been cancelled from my cobra coverage due to a late payment. I have been told that there is no way to go back on this coverage, however, one person has said that if my previous employer is willing to re-instate me that I could be eligible again. I am curious what "re-instate" actually means and would also like to know if there are any other avenues that I could explore.
