Hello,
I am currently electing COBRA coverage from my former employer. My payments have always been due on the last day of the month for that months coverage. So my December payment is due on December 31.
I just received an email from them telling me that Colorado law has changed and that the payments are now due before the start of that month. So my December and January payments will be due on December 31st. Are these people lying to me? It would not be outside their nature.
