I worked for my employer for just over 7 months and was just laid off. The company policy says employees get a review after the first 6 months of employment and at that time they get medical benefits as well. I was never given my sixth month evaluation nor was I offered medical coverage after my sixth month. I just got laid off after 7 months, so my question is am I entitled to any medical coverage, or do you think my employer did it on purpose?
