I am in TN and my husband voluntarily changed jobs. During his phone exit interview, a month ago, he requested COBRA. We still have not received any COBRA letter.
I am going to write a certified letter requesting it with a return receipt. This will make sure that there is documentation that we have requested it and they can't say we declined coverage
My question is, how long in the state of TN do they have to offer it to us. I was thinking 14 working days and I am not sure.
